The applicable law is the French one.
For any dispute that may arise between the Website Revinax and the User, the parties will endeavor to settle their dispute amicably first. Mediation fees will be borne by half, by each of the parties.
In the absence of amicable agreement within sixty (60) days of the day on which the parties have met or will have attempted to meet by duly notified by registered letter to settle their dispute amicably, the dispute will be brought before the competent courts of the jurisdiction of the Montpellier Court of Appeal.
